Daniel's offers a variety of options for social gatherings and cocktail parties. These menus include just about everything that is needed to host a successful party. Please feel free to email with questions or to secure a date on our calendar.

COCKTAIL MENU- $35 PER PERSON

This menu features a variety of finger-friendly foods and is the perfect solution for an event where guests are encouraged to mix and mingle, while still noshing on delicious hors d'oeuvres.

Sold as a package – no discount given for items not wanted.

INCLUDES THE SHRIMP COCKTAIL AND BAKED BRIE DISPLAY.

SHRIMP COCKTAIL DISPLAY

Large hand cleaned shrimp, cooked fresh, and presented on marble slabs at various heights. Accompanied by homemade cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

BAKED BRIE DISPLAY

Large imported French Brie, hand wrapped in puff pastry, and baked to a golden brown. Served with raspberry sauce, grapes, freshly baked focaccia bread and crackers.

“IT’S A HOT MESS” DIP: (CHOOSE 1)

Your choice of one of our homemade creamy dip selections, served hot in chafing dish:

Spinach and Artichoke – our four cheese creamy dip with spinach and chopped artichoke hearts and accompanied by tortilla scoops.

Mexican Dip - ground beef, Mexican seasonings, jalapeños, tomatoes and queso cheese accompanied by tortilla scoops.

Creole Crab Dip($2 per person supplement) – lump crab meat, cream cheese, Creole seasonings and a touch of horseradish, topped with diced tri-colored peppers. Accompanied with tortilla scoops.

Sherry Almond Crab Dip ($2 per person supplement) – lump crab meat with cream cheese, a splash of sherry and topped with toasted almonds accompanied with scoops

Corn, Bacon and Poblano – roasted corn, smokey bacon, not too spicy chilies, all held together with a cream cheese base, topped with diced tomatoes and cilantro and accompanied with sweet potato chips and tortilla scoops.

Delivery to LOCAL area - further destinations will incur a fee

A server to stay with event to restock and maintain buffet areas with events of 50 guests and up.

TRADITIONAL BUFFET $25 PER PERSON

This menu will allow every guest to enjoy a complete meal of salad, main course, side items and dessert. Your guests will appreciate your good judgement in "preparing" this buffet.

APPETIZER & DINNER MENU A $30

This menu offers the best of both worlds: a comprehensive offering of dinner and hors d'oeuvres. Your guests will have the opportunity to socialize over appetizers before indulging in a dinner buffet that features a salad, a choice of 2 entrees, a side item, and dessert. Sold as a package – no discount given for items not wanted.

Miniature versions of our Decadent Brownies - chocolate chip-studded brownie, frosted with chocolate buttercream, dipped in chocolate ganache and drizzled with white chocolate.

Cannolies

$30 per person, minimum of 30 people, billed in increments of 5.

Server stays with parties of 50 and more (no discount given if server does not stay)

A 15% service charge will be applied to all Social Catering Menus.

Additional $75 for 1 server to stay with parties of 45 and less, $150 for each additional Server.

Price includes up to 4 hours of service, not including Set-up, and Break-down.

Beverage Service:

$2.50 per person- An assorted selection of Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite (canned), sweet iced tea, and bottled water. Package for 20 people includes 20 Bottled Water, 13 Canned Soda, and 1 Gallon of Sweet Tea.

Service Charge: A 15% Service Charge will be applied to all Social Catering Menus.
